Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is Agency Profit Compass. You can reach us at any time at adrian@agencyprofitcompass.com.

What we collect and why

Report download. When you request the report, we collect your email address and the time you gave consent. We use it to give you the report and to send occasional follow-up emails about software firm finances and our services. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Emails you send us. If you email us — for example your four numbers or data exports — we use what you send only to prepare the analysis you asked for and to reply. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Files you send for an analysis are deleted after delivery unless we continue working together.
Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

This site uses no analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider, typically no longer than a few weeks.

Who else sees it

We do not sell or share your data. It is processed only by service providers we need to run this site and our email — our hosting and email provider. The booking link on this site leads to Calendly, which has its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive a copy of it. You can withdraw consent at any time — just reply "unsubscribe" to any email or write to adrian@agencyprofitcompass.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
